Maintenance and Repair
Rubber Covering – Removal of old rubber coating and apply new rubber – includes inspection of bearing/journal surfaces and critical performance areas
Shaft/Journal Repair – Repair of critical diameter surfaces for proper bearing/race fitment – total shaft/journal replacement, weld-up repair, sleeve install, or thermal spray or chrome buildup options available
Surface Refinishing – Chrome, Thermal Spray, Ceramic, Teflon, Precision Grinding, Anodizing, and more – Get the surface of your roller back to new! Can be as simple as a regrind or as in-depth as coating removal by precision grinding, reapplication of the coating, and final precision grind to pull in tight tolerances and surface finishes – includes inspection of bearing/journal surfaces and critical performance areas
Acid Flushing/ Oil Cleansing – preventative maintenance for chill rollers and heat transfer rollers to minimize long term fouling and “gunk build-up” in critical flow areas
Balancing – Dynamic Balancing and Static Balancing/Loping – remove any imbalance from your rollers. Long term use, recoating, regrinding, or an improperly manufactured roller may have imbalance that is causing your machines and systems extraordinary wear and damage during operation
